Asuncion Christian Academy believes that the best education to prepare a student for adult life is an education based upon the truth of God’s Word and having a growing and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Asuncion Christian Academy is a co-educational Christian day school that is governed by an independent Board of Directors. It is dedicated to the ministry of academic instruction and nurturing.
The elementary school (pre-kinder through 5th grade) emphasizes a sound curriculum stressing the basic subjects of reading, language, mathematics, science, social studies, and Bible. Every student has the opportunity to be instructed in art, music, physical education, and computers.
The secondary school (grades 6-12) offers a U.S. college preparatory curriculum. The school offers advanced math, the sciences, physics, foreign language, computer, English, social studies, and electives in fine arts.
All faculty members who teach academic courses from K-12th grades are certified teachers. Class size is currently 15 students with a maximum of 20 students. Our facility includes elementary and high school libraries, art room, music room, computer room, science lab, and generous classroom space with air conditioning.
Our college-bound seniors, generally, score on or above the national USA averages on the SAT and ACT which allows our graduates to attend many universities, with some receiving academic scholarships.
ACA offers interscholastic and intramural school sports activities such as soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
